You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada to use this Service.

LoanIQ is an AI-powered loan qualification and strategy tool. It provides estimated approval likelihood, rate bands, and borrowing strategies based on self-reported information.

LoanIQ does not lend money, make credit decisions, or guarantee loan approval. We are a technology platform that connects users with third-party lender partners.

All estimates, scores, rates, and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice, a loan offer, or a commitment to lend.

The information provided through LoanIQ does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

Estimated approval probabilities, interest rate bands, and cost calculations are generated using proprietary algorithms based on self-reported data and may differ significantly from actual lender offers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

When you choose to proceed with an application, you will be redirected to our lender application platform or directly to a lender partner. At that point, the lender's own terms, privacy policy, and application process will apply.

LoanIQ may receive referral compensation from lender partners. This compensation does not affect your loan terms or the rates offered to you by lenders.

We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the products, services, or practices of any third-party lender. You are responsible for reviewing all terms before accepting any loan offer.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service. Inaccurate inputs will produce unreliable estimates.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent information, or to attempt to manipulate the scoring system.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms used by the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We do not perform credit checks or access your credit bureau file. All credit information used by the Service is self-reported by you.

Anonymous, aggregated data may be used to improve our algorithms and service quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanIQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service, including loan applications, financial commitments, or investment decisions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is currently $0 — the Service is free).

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may update our scoring models, lender network, and platform features at any time to improve the user experience.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

All content, branding, algorithms, scoring models, and technology used in the Service are the intellectual property of LoanIQ and are protected under Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without written consent.
