We collect only what's needed to generate your estimate. No SSN, no bank passwords, no credit check.

Secure Infrastructure

Our platform runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliant hosting.

Data Retention

Estimate data is retained for analytics purposes. No personally identifiable information is sold or shared with third parties.

What We Collect

LoanIQ asks you a handful of multiple-choice questions to generate your estimate. Here's exactly what we collect:

Loan type preference (personal, business, mortgage, etc.)

Self-reported credit score range

Employment status and income range

Province of residence

Desired loan amount range

Urgency / timeline preference

What We Don't Collect

✕Social Insurance Number (SIN)
✕Bank account or login credentials
✕Credit bureau data — no credit check is performed
✕Government-issued ID numbers
✕Specific employer names or addresses

When You Choose to Apply

If you click "Start My Application," you'll be redirected to our secure lender application platform. At that point, the lender's own privacy policy governs data handling. LoanIQ does not process or store any information submitted on the lender application.
