StriveX Financial

I have been a client with StriveX for over a year now after discovering Rachel on Instagram and how engaging (and easy to understand!) I found her content. As an owner of a values based business who cares, it was really important for me to work with people in business who are similar and StriveX delivers just that. They want you to succeed and reach the goals you set and are willing to support you to make that happen. I had always been so nervous to approach an accountant because I haven't always had the best financial capabilities but with StriveX, I had no reason to be. All of the staff I have spoken to have been really helpful and they genuinely care about their job, and who they work with. My accountant Amy W is an absolute breath of fresh air, she has been SO supportive whilst I have been learning to do my own books and get my head round the financials. No question is too silly (I am honestly amazed at how she can listen to my ADHD brain ramblings and still remain so unfazed). One of the best thing's about being a StriveX client is all the extra's which they say are 'added value' but I think they are invaluable, including training and education on demand, links with different services such as financial planning/insurances etc, and the financial wellbeing and MONK mode sessions are great too. Whilst they are a financial firm, I love how they have empowered me to take control of the bits I can manage myself and not just said 'we can do that instead'. Big mentions for Tyarnna, Elysha, Emma, and Nive too, who I have met at various points throughout the year :) The tools and education from StriveX as a whole, alongside the patience and support from Amy W has completely changed my viewpoint around finances, for both my business and my personal life. For once in my life finances aren't scary and I feel proud of where I am with things. Thank you StriveX - you are so much more than an accountancy firm and you have a client for life in me!

I am delighted with the service I am receiving from the striveX team. Rachel's engaging instagram posts reeled me in about a year ago, and Annabella J, Tyarnna S, and Emma H helped me navigate a smooth transition from my former accountant at the most sensible time for my accounting year around 6 months ago. I am now in the safe hands of Charlotte B and Fiona J who are helping me finally understand my accounting and actually making it enjoyable! Before striveX, finances and taxes were like a different language to me, but now Charlotte keeps me on track with bookkeeping updates, VAT returns etc and helpful reminders of upcoming deadlines and Fiona makes everything less daunting with her fabulous tax planning sessions. Fiona has been an incredible support in figuring out the best solution for my business and personal tax needs and simplifying things so I understand them. I leave her sessions feeling calm and empowered for having a clear plan in place which will put me back on track this year and well prepared for the future. Her enthusiasm for her craft is contagious so the sessions have also encouraged a mindset change for me - thank you! I'm also enjoying access to courses and learning more through the various resources available. Thank you to all of the striveX team for your commitment and care (and sorry if I missed anyone!).

We have been clients of StriveX since August 2025 but in the short period of time have so much more confidence in our business finances. We had little such support from our previous accountant & the difference has been amazing, we initially followed Rachel on Instagram and learned more from her videos than we did from years of our old accountant before even becoming a client. Our initial call/onboarding with Jaya & Tyarnna felt like we had finally found a firm who understood what we were trying to achieve and understood our concerns. Elysha has been amazingly helpful each month with our payroll/bookkeeping & given us so much help and advice around our first employee and what to consider both from a cost & overall business perspective. Fiona has been incredible whilst doing our company & personal accounts in explaining it all & solving some issues from our previous accountant. Nothing has been too much hassle as we have had so many questions as we had such little confidence & understanding from our previous experiences. We feel that we now have a team who will support us and help us to grow and meet our goals.

We moved to StriveX in last 6 months, just from wanting 'more' from our accountants than just compliance. It has been a great experience, it feels that all of the team are an extension of our team and the comms (my bugbear!) efficiency and support has been absolutely 5 star!
