What feels like a month ago, i had some questions about my mortgage with them, simple really. Wrote twice from the portal and called a few time to no avail. Yesterday, got a call back, 2 rings and direct to message 🤔... Since my initial reach out, spoke to another bank and well, i'm changing lender it seems. Service while signing was pretty smooth! They didn't offer exactly what i needed but the interest rate was good. I guess, if you need the bare-bone loan, they do the job but you won't be around for follow-up service.
