And then he processed the loan application. I have signed the loan agreement and then at the last moment I called him and said the situation have changed I don’t need this loan anymore. This use to be such a great company to work with, going back to when they use to be OnDeck, the sales reps would always figure out a funding solution and work with you. Ever since they became "Journey Capital" totally different. It's like they forgot they are a "C" lender. Theo is the absolute worst for returning calls and emails, even after he initiates the call! Like seriously, you aren't that busy bro. Requests are slower than a traditional bank, Driven and Merchant Growth are so much easier and efficient to work with these days. Sad how far they've fallen.
