Goday is a scammer. Applied for a $100.00 loan. It was sent to the wrong email and never received. Goday then took $114.00 from my bank account as payment. Have called over 5 times in the last week and been given the run around. All lies. Do not use this company!
Goday is a serious privacy risk. They make you use sensitive info as your password (SIN number) which is incredibily stupid. Goday is not able to make a modern,clean,funcitioning website, the website looks like it was made in 2001. Do you really think they have the power not to get hacked and data breached? i cash and loan express = takes 2 mins to fill out forms, and 15 mins or less to get funds. Goday? 100% glitches,bugs,headaches,delays,email after email, delays, more delays , more bugs EVERY TIME IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME, there bank verification fails every single time and I have to do manual work expect to spend hours and days and fighting and arguing to get your loan from Goday. Goday is a sloppy , unprofessional, degenerate business who does not deserve our business. They have not fixed blatant issues in years, they don't care and it shows. filled out a loan last night, was approved, but big surprise no money, I was relaying on Goday and once again they let me down. If you want your Day ruined, go with Goday and yeah don't be surprised with unhinged, and disrespectful customer support, they deal with so many problems, they are going mental.
I sent an email asking for clarification on my account as it was not reflecting on their website. I’ve attached a screenshot of their response, extremely unprofessional, rude and an outright disrespectful response. I understand why they have such a low rating.
I was quoted a payout amount sent the money they took payment out still and in 4 days have not replied to any emails sent inquiring about it.
Terrible business i was a repeat customer that paid off my loan and wanted to renew and they treat you like they dont treat you well and when they did approve the loan they wanted my first payment to be 7 DAYS later!! If you can go somewhere, anywhere else please do and stay away from these guys!!!
