I had gret experience while I was getting a flex loan... but week ago 2 random payments were taken out from my account which was not scheduled. I called and they told me that its the first time they saw their system doing this and they might refund me or do something about it. Its been also 3 weeks and I haven't received a callback and when I try to call... it just says all agents are busy leave but no one get back to you. I have the names of the people whom I spoke with and another who did my loan application but I don't want to bring them up as I don't know whos fault really it is. But this is not the service I was expecting and cashco if your are reading this... you cannot take a forced payment as per your own contract... so it might get worse for your company!!

The app is not working. Store locations are closed and not updated. Will not answer their phones. Been waiting 5 days for a callback....they don't seem to care about paying customers that's for sure Finally got a hold of them..was told I could only apply online. I did that, a credit check was done and it said I was in queue to be called. Now it says my application is 85 percent done and wants me to do a second credit check. Of course cant get a hold of anyone now.... Cashco has completely gone to shit and I will recommend to everyone that they stay as far away from cashco as possible. I hope they lose all their customers over this. 1 star is too much. Cashco deserves to be out of business Just found out cashco stop reporting good payments..they have not reported a payment since May last year. Thanks cashco..my credit report shows a much higher balance and no payments made in 8 months when I have not missed a payment and my loan is almost paid off. CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH...DO NOT GO TO CASHCO..THEY WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE. I WOULD RECOMMEND EASY FINANCIAL IF YOU NEED A LOAN. (NEVER THOUGHT ID SAY THAT) CASHCO YOU GUYS SUCK! Anyone else reading this good luck.

This too much, I think you don't want to reach your customers. Please be straightforward to us and let us know if the payment had already gone through. This is a very horrible treatment to us. I could have rate it zero if I could; trying to reach them for almost 2 weeks now. Still no respond from e-mails, portals and especially phone calls.

Thanks for withdrawing my loan payment three days early and ruining my weekend plans. I find Cashco impossible to reach; they violate the contract by taking payment early, and they will call after every loan is paid off and claim you still owe about $25. I asked for a supervisor to call me back rather than waste time with the peon who has no answers or authority. I was told I would be called within 48 hours; that was over a week ago!

I have had great service however, 10 days ago I had a random payment come out of my account and was told someone would get back to me. I have called several times every day and keep getting leave a message. I have left messages, emails and I have gotten no response. I have no idea what to do . very frustrating !
